Send missed calls to your agent
Your carrier can forward the calls you don't pick up to another number. Point that at your agent's number and the agent answers in place of your voicemail. Your phone still rings first, and you keep your number.
Agents can't take phone calls yet. These steps are for when your agent has a phone number, and they work with any number you want missed calls sent to.

How it works on every carrier
- Open the phone app's keypad, as if you were dialing a number.
- Type the code for your carrier with your agent's number in it, then press call.
- Wait for the confirmation tone or message, then hang up.
- Call your own number from another phone and let it ring. The agent should answer.
Forwarding is a setting on your line, so it stays on until you turn it off with the code on your carrier's page.
